👨‍💻Tutorial - Connect Wallets

To get started to trade on OpenOcean, you will need to set up a wallet that supports the blockchain you would like to trade on. In the following example, we will use Metamask Wallet as examples. Check out the steps for how to connect each of our recommended wallets to OpenOcean in the subpages.

Connect MetaMask on PC version

On OpenOcean trading page, simply choose the evm-compatible chains ("Ethereum Mainnet" is shown by default) and click Connect Wallet. Then on the pop-up wallet window, click Confirm button to connect to OpenOcean site.

Connect MetaMask on Mobile version

Visit OpenOcean site on your mobile broswer, click the connect wallet on the top right corner. Then select MetaMask on the WalletConnect. It will direct you to your MetaMask wallet and click Connect.
